About Us
Our Board of Directors is committed to continually improving our community and increasing the values of our homes. The current challenges being faced includes: street maintenance, budgeting, implementing improvements and changes to the community, vigorously enforcing the by-laws, improving the aesthetic value of our community center, entrances, and actively collecting assessments and monthly dues in a timely manner. Know the volunteers in the community are doing all we can daily to improve our community.
We welcome the opportunity to meet you personally and invite you to attend our monthly Board meetings, held the second Tuesday of the month at 7 pm in the community room. If you can not attend the meeting, please call Carrie in the office or check the web site often for updates.

Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9 am - 1 pm
1st and 2nd Tuesday of the month: 4 pm - 9 pm by appointment only
and the other Tuesdays of the month 9 am - 1 pm
The office follows the Coatesville area School District school year calendar. If the school has a delay or early dismissal the office will do the same. If the school is closed for a holiday, in-service day, etc. the office may be closed. Please be advised voice mail and email will be checked by the office staff during those days even if the office is closed. So note, even if someone is not in the office you can still email or call and expect a reply as soon as possible.
