Paving & Street Maintenance

Courts were inspected to repave in order of need

Pond Stabilization

Pond Stabilization efforts started January 2026

Phase 1: Removal of vegetation throughout the pond barrier to stablization all the surrounding berms

Phase 2:

Northern Berm to be stablized Spring 2026 with Erosion Control solution

Phase 3:

Spill way repair will be completed after Phase 1 and 2 are complete Spring 2026

Community Signs

COMMUNITY SIGN REPLACEMTN IS IN PROGRESS -

The board is currently identifying damaged, faded and missing signs throughout the community, goal is to replace by end of 2026

Landscaping & Curb Appeal

The Board is planning to replace the damaged plantings to match the landscaping on the West side of Wedgwood Community

The Board extends its appreciation to the 2026 volunteers for their continued efforts in maintaining weed control on both sides of the community.

Rules and Regulations Update

The Board is conducting a comprehensive review and update of the community’s Rules and Regulations to ensure they remain current and effective.Residents are welcome to provide feedback by contacting the Board prior to June 1, 2026
