Courts will be inspected to repave in order of need

Recreation Court renovations have been completed.  Please check the Recreation Court page for rules and regulations regarding use of the courts.  Compliance with the rules will assure the courts retain their beauty for years to come.

Basketball Court - 

The basketball court was opened on 6/5/17.

Tennis Court - 

The tennis court coating was completed on 6/8/17.  Court was opened for use on 8/5/17.

Check the Recreation Court page for registration instructions to receive entry code for use.

SIGN PERMITTING IS IN PROGRESS - 3/9/18:

The board is currently working with Caln Twp to obtain approval to install our new entrance signs.  Final design is being modified to meet current township code.

The intent is to install a sign in both entrance islands, Spring 2018.

LANDSCAPING WORK IN PROGRESS ON ENTRANCE BEDS -

Planting of the entrance islands & beds, was completed in 10/2016.

 After sign installation, the finishing touches will be planted around the sign bases. 

All new plantings in our entrances are perennials, and were planted last fall to give time for the plants to take root and give us a nice pop in the entrances in Spring 2017.

Renovations on  landscaping of the clubhouse frontage, and pool perimeter were completed on 6/16/17

Update 6/17/17:

The board is currently wrapping up pool renovations.

Pool repairs including tiling and coping replacement were completed 9/16/16.

The pool deck resurfacing was completed on 6/9/17.

The landscaping around the outer perimeter of the pool was completed on 6/16/17.
