The association requires the following documentation from all homeowners renting their property in Wedgwood Estates:

• contact information form for both lessor and lessee
• copy of lease or rental agreement
• Caln Township - copy of annual rental license application submission
• Caln Township - Rental Inspection Report (most current, and any updates during the year)

These items must be updated annually in January, and/or immediately when leases/U&O permits expire or tenants change

This is for the protection of your property & the safety of your tenants, as well as your adjoining fellow homeowners.

Landlords - please inspect your property regularly.  We have had numerous cases of tenants not taking care of properties, and actually causing extensive damage.

Protect your property, and assure it is properly maintained.  Failure to do so has a negative effect on property values.

As residents of Wedgwood, tenants are welcome to use the amenities of the community with the same privileges as our owners.

Rules and regulations of the community govern owners and resident tenants alike.  As a tenant in our community, it is your responsiblity to become familiar with our rules & regulations and abide by them.  Violations for infractions are finable to the owner per occurence.  There is a no tolerance policy for repeat violations.
