Are you having a baby shower, anniversary party, birthday party, graduation party, family reunion, holiday gathering, or just looking for a place to get a large group together?
The rental fee is $100, for homeowners or residents, along with a $350 (cash only) deposit. The deposit will be returned upon inspection, and is required to assure no damages are found.
Reserve early - rentals book up fast. If you have a date in mind for an event, contact the office to ensure availability of the room. All room rentals are on a first come first serve basis, and we must have your signed documents and payment in hand to hold your date. We will not guarantee available dates otherwise. All cancellations must be made by noon 48 hours prior to your event, no exceptions.

All homeowners and residents are welcome to use community property. Larger gatherings in the front field and fields adjacent to, or adjoining courts, must first be approved by the association. This includes use for private parties and yard sales. This practice has been adopted due to safety and legal concerns.
